Lead story: Woodstock Varsity girls are off to a good start with their record being2-0! The girls have been working very hard everyday and making sure they are prepared for game days. Welcoming a new coach to the team has made the girls work harder to prove to him they are ready for the rest of the season. We have a healthy mix of veteran/experienced players with beginners. We have made some great strides & I look forward to the continued development of our program.”

Junior Sofia Tunon quote: “Softball has made me a better person by teaching me team building skills, being able to communicate with all types of personalities, excepting failure, & has led me to make life-long friendships that I’ll remember forever.

O
ff the Diamond: The Wolverine softball program is raising money for the softball team to cover practice equipment, field maintenance, and travel expenses. The school district doesn’t cover all the expenses for these athletes. The program, team, and coach would greatly appreciate any donation! If you are considering donating, here’s the link to the fundraiser!
