This month I talked to 2 of the kids in Mr. Logan’s class room, Merritt Wilson and Aaliyah Lewis. I know how much these kids love Christmas, so I wanted to put get them a little more in the spirit by asking them both a few Christmas questions.

  • What is your favorite part about Christmas?

 

    1. Aaliyah: My favorite part is the presents.
    2. Merritt: My favorite part is cookies, eggnog, and candy.
  • What are you most excited to do over break?

 

    1. Aaliyah: I’m most excited to stay home and sleep.
    2. Merritt: I’m excited to go to Alabama with my mom and to open presents with my family.
  • What do you really want for Christmas?

 

    1. Aaliyah: I want an iPad and a guitar.
    2. Merritt: I want Nike and Adidas clothes and shoes.
  • What is your favorite Christmas song?

 

    1. Aaliyah: Deck the halls.
    2. Merritt: My favorite song is Let it snow.
  • What is your favorite tradition about Christmas?

 

    1. Aaliyah: We always have spaghetti and cookies.
    2. Merritt: I really like the Christmas tree and the lights.
  • Which character do you prefer, Frosty the snowman, Rudolph, or the grinch?

 

    1. Aaliyah: My favorite is Frosty because he is a snowman.
    2. Merritt: My favorite is Frosty because he is cool.
  • Do you drink eggnog just during Christmas time or all year?

 

    1. Aaliyah: I only drink eggnog for Christmas.
    2. Merritt: I drink eggnog at all times of the year.
  • Do you want it to snow? Why or why not?

 

    1. Aaliyah: I want it to snow so I can help make a snowman.
    2. Merritt: I want it to snow so I can build a snowman in Alabama.
  • What is your favorite Christmas food?

 

    1. Aaliyah: My favorite food on Christmas is mac & cheese.
    2. Merritt: My favorite food on Christmas is ham.
  • Are you going to miss your friends and teachers over break?

 

  1. Merritt: I’m going to miss my friends and my teachers.
  2. Aaliyah: I am going to miss everyone.
