Charlotte Tilbury is a popular makeup brand that recently became trendier going into 2023. The brand may be expensive, but the quality is incredible. The most popular things from the brand are the Flawless Filter, the Beauty Highlighter, and the Setting Spray. The shade range in the foundation and Flawless Filter is very wide. Cheyenne Goggins says, “The flawless filter goes right into the skin and is a really good base when I don’t want to have too much makeup on.” They also have skincare. They have primers and moisturizers with a few toners. Many influencers use the brand and made it even more popular in the new year. 

2. Tower 28 

Tower 28 is a newer brand based in California and it has just recently become popular because of the lip product. They are cruelty free, vegan, and clean. It’s very affordable and good for people with sensitive skin. The most popular products are the ShineOn Lip Jelly, the SunnyDays SPF 30 Tinted Sunscreen, and the BeachPlease Tinted Balm for Lips+Cheeks. The ShineOn Lip Jelly is has a very glossy finish along with Apricot Kernel Oil that moisturizes your lips. The SunnyDays SPF 30 Tinted Sunscreen is very similar to the SuperGoop one but for much less and with more amenities.

This brand is also a newer one, but it has become so popular very quickly. The SurrealSkin foundation is the most popular right now. The shade range is very diverse, and it blends into the skin seamlessly which is why it gained so much popularity. The other most popular product in the brand is the SoftSculpt shaping stick. It acts as a concealer and gives the “Bella Hadid” look that is very in right now. 

       4. Rare Beauty 

Rare Beauty is one of the most used products so far this year. All the products in the Rare Beauty line are very popular and have a very natural glow. Rare Beauty is all vegan and cruelty-free. The most popular items are the Soft Pinch Liquid Blush, the Liquid Touch Weightless Foundation, and the Positive Light Undereye Brightener. The Soft Pinch Liquid Blush is known for it’s amazing pigment. The colors are so bright and last for hours. Abby Peppers says, “I absolutely love my Rare Beauty blush. It’s such a nice color and suits my skin tone perfectly.” The Liquid Touch Weightless Foundation is very creamy and has a wide color range. The Positive Light Undereye Brightener is similar to the foundation, but it is perfect for when you want good undereye coverage without the cakey look. 

    5. Drunk Elephant  

Drunk Elephant is a very bright brand known for their vibrant colors. They have some vegan products, but they are a completely clean brand. They currently have two “makeup” products. The D-Bronzi Anti-Pollution Sunshine Drops and the O-Bloos Rosi Drops. The bronzing drops are the most popular product right now. They give a glowy, tan finish that you would get from the beach. With the drops, people usually use the Lala Retro Whipped Cream. The combination of the mouisterizer and the bronzing drops gives the beachy tan people in the summer want. The blush drops are semi-popular, and they give a cute shimmery pink look.
