High-volume, demanding print applications are achieved with minimal user intervention. LargeVolume™ tanks hold multiple liters of fluids for extended run time. Ink tank volumes can operate for multiple months between additions. Solvent tank volumes can operate 1000+ operational hours between additions.

The systems are “Built-to-Last” in a compact, lightweight space-saving design. Durable, precision-crafted protection allows operation in the most extreme wet and dry applications. Systems feature an IP65 rated enclosure to operate in the harshest conditions – including high dust environments.
TempSense™ ventilation.
A combination of electronics, software, and mechanical design dynamically manages the enclosure temperature in extreme cold and hot applications. Using automatic detection systems, variable fan speed, and highly efficient airflow, TempSense™ ensures the fluid systems are operating in the correct temperature range. Large, high-volume air filters operate 12 months between service intervals.

Systems feature high-speed, state-of-the-art 208Mhz processor core integrated into a single electronic board. The high-performance electronics and software feature a multitasking environment allowing multiple events and operations to operate simultaneously. Systems feature large memory storage, external USB connectivity, Ethernet, RS232, and multiple inputs/outputs with CodeConnect™.
Using high-speed processing and CIJ specific electronic hardware, the TruPoint™ Technology provides the best CIJ print quality. TruPoint™ dynamically adjusts millions of drop patterns on-the-fly.
EcoTec™ fluid management system.
At the core of EcoTec™ are the proprietary ink tank, reduced cycle pump, and twin trap condensing unit purpose-designed for CIJ Technology. The ink tank is designed to last the life of the system, eliminating the need to replace it at regular intervals. The reduced cycle pump extends pump life and in combination with TempSense™ lowers fluid operating temperature resulting in lower evaporation rates. The twin trap condensing unit provides two direct drain vapor traps to condense vapors back to usable fluid. Vapor condensing and reduced solvent evaporation lower overall ownership cost and reduce interaction time adding solvent to the system.

SmartFilter™ routine maintenance simplified and extended.
Intelligent SmartFilter™ knows their install date, keeping track of usage and alerting when the ink filter should be replaced. Quick change, extended life filters operate up to 8,000 hours – 12 months. SmartFilters™ are simple, quick disconnecting allowing operators to change.

Printheads start clean every time.
Printronix coding and marking printheads are built around our proprietary micro-disk drop generator. A single small bore tube delivers ink and solvent eliminating the need for multiple inlets/outlets, providing pin-pointed jet startup.
Printheads feature CleanStart™ technology, an integrated valve that provides Direct Solvent Injection for printhead nozzle and gutter cleaning. Jet Startup is ready to print in less than 1 minute.
Industrial, ultra-flexible metal reinforced conduit, connects the printhead to the controller. Printhead components are durable construction, and replaceable for many years of continued operation.
